Sharing The Love!

Happy Wednesday Everyone! :)

Do you ever wonder about the people who process your bills??? Well, every week when I sit down and take a big breathe before I start writing those check (and yes, I am still a check paying bill person for most of my bills, I feel I have more control over my money that way) anyway, I often wonder about the people at the other end spending countless hours opening those bills.

Maybe it is a crazy thing to think about but I really want to brighten their day. So, I always put a colourful stamp on the envelope. I guess I assume that machines don't do this job just yet :)

A Bright colourful flower could just be a pretty embellishment on their day. Maybe they don't even notice the stamps they are that busy but I live in hope that I get to brighten someone's day, so I will continue to sent bright and cheery stamps on my bills.

But you know it also makes bill paying more endurable for me too, seeing these beautiful stamps :)

These are my favs. right now :)

So what do you think? Do you think they notice? Do you think it brightens anyone's day?

Happy Painting/Creating! :) T.

I always like to think that people enjoy it when I use fun stamps to mail stuff :)

That's very cute. I would love to have a great collection of beautiful stamps, but I never really mail anything with stamps anymore. That's kind of sad.

It's nice that the post office offers stamps to fit just about every personality and mood. Though some people don't take time to contemplate the stamp on their envelope there are a number of us who do and will appreciate your thoughful gesture.

I always love receiving cards or letters from abroad as foreign stamps are exciting to get and to keep...used to save all unusual stamps for my youngest daughter, probably I should start saving them for my grandchildren now, perhaps one of them will have an interest in stamp collecting?

Oh, I do the same thing!!! I also think about the address label I use too. I hope my envelope makes them stop to look and brings a smile to their face!!! Our great minds think alike!!! :)

As someone who used to work in Accounts Receivable and open huge stacks of payments daily, a happy stamp is a wonderful thing.
I once had a payment envelope stuck shut with dirty stretchy bandaids. Very very bad. Bad.

your intentions sure are sweet, no matter if it's a machine or man who sees them. :)
the violets are very sweet. my grandfather used to raise african violets. he was a very patient man. :)
maybe one day we'll see your beautiful flower photos at the good ol' USPO. ;) i'd buy those.
