Happy Friday Everyone!

First off I really want to say a BIG "THANK YOU" to everyone who sent me such wonderful B.Day wishes. You Guys ROCK!

I had a lovely Day even if it was raining :)

And so, It is too funny, as I was browsing my blog roll before posting today I stopped by my Blogger Buddy Kelli at Bug Miscellany Blog and she has posted about the weather in the PNW this week and that is exactly what I was going to post about today :)

Seriously, it has been raining so much I don't remember the last time I saw the Sun, did it move and not tell me???

This is what I have been looking at all week!

Rain thru the dining room window, looking towards the West and the coastal range (nope, can't see any Mountains there :)

So, I am so, so grateful for the beautiful flowers my kids had delivered for my B.Day! At least I have some lovely colourful brightness in the house :)

OOOOHH. Love those flowers! I wish we had rain. It would wash all the pollen away!

Yay for flowers on a rainy day. It's poured here all day, but much better than snow or ice! Yes!

That's quite the rainy view you have. Well it is good for staying in and getting some crafting done, I guess. And those flowers are sure to brighten your day...loving the miniature roses!!

Hope you have a nice weekend and I'm wishing you some dry weather really soon!

Oh Happy Happy Birthday!!!! I would trade your rain for our FREEZING temps - we just can't warm up. Beautiful roses - you are a lucky girl : )

We could use a little of your rain down here, it's been a bit dry but that's Mom Nature for you she likes to give us either too much or not enough.

Your birthday bouquets are divine, love the miniature roses. One of my favorite bouquets was one I got back in my teens. I had just gotten home from the hospital and one of the neighbors sent me a lovely arrangement of Baby Roses, they were so tiny and so perfect...I remember that arrangement to this day. The roses were pink with sprigs of white baby's breath and it came in a cute clear glass rose bowl that had a ruffled glass edge. Have not seen anything like it since. :(

Thanks for the email T, enjoyed hearing from you. :)

Beautiful photographs!

As a fellow Oregonian, feel your pain about the rain! Just think how beautiful it will be here in July! LOL

It's raining here as I write this. We were short on rain last year and now I think it's making up for it all in a week! At least your flowers are still pretty!

Happy Birthday, T! Those are gorgeous flowers!

Raining here too, so don't feel too bad. I think we're also supposed to be getting some snow too. :-/ I can't wait for our sunny months.

Your blog is so bright and colourful! A great space to visit on overcast Pacific Northwest days (I'm in Vancouver, BC). Great blog!
