Merry Christmas Me! :)

Happy Wednesday Everyone! :)

I know this might make you all laugh or go WHAT!?!?!? But this is what I am getting for Christmas. TITAN. (I found this on U-tube and couldn't resist sharing it because I LOVE their accents :)

I will let you know how it works I start the first treatment TODAY. Wish me luck and hope I am not a complete chicken when it comes to actually having it done! :)

Also, a couple of my Blogger Buddies have been sharing the Love this Week.

Firstly, Meeling at The Hairy Peach Blog gave me the Stylish Blogger Award, Thank you so very much :) It means so much to me that people really enjoy my blog. :) Meeling is an aspiring Restaurateur and seeing the knowledge and dedication she has I think one day this Lady will be following her dream  :)

And a BIG "THANK YOU" to my Blogger Buddy Patty from "My Life Under The Bus" Blog who did a Blog post about me and my Photos Today! (YAY ME!)

I love Patty and her Blog she is funny and honest and always has something interesting to share :)

And I told Patty I seriously think my photos look better on her blog. :) I think I might have to switch blogs :)

Thank you both so very much :)

Pop On Over to their Blogs and share some love too! :)

So, I'm giving myself a little face lift for Christmas, what are you going to treat yourself to this Christmas????????

Have a Wonderful Day!

Happy Painting/Creating! :) T.

Happy giving to yourself!! I hope you are really pleased with the Titan. I did Thermage about 6 years ago (expensive and didn't work) - had a surgical complete facelift 6 months ago and am very happy. It's good to give to yourself - after all you're still being creative!!!!

I'm not treating myself - ($ tight especially afer the lift-haha) - but being with family is the best gift I give myself!

Sounds interesting, I'm sure you'll look just gorgeous afterwards. As for me, though I'd love to experiment with something like that, I have what I'm sure is an auto immune problem (the doctor's can't find anything from my blood work) but anything that presses on my skin leaves a permanent mark. I no longer wear glasses as I still have marks from 10 years ago from the last pair I wore. I cringe when I have to go to the dentist or eye doctor as I always end up with at least one or two new indentations in my face. It doesn't happen instantly, normally it takes about 72 hours for it to develop, so I think my body attacks and destroys the subcutaneous skin tissue. I've been to so many physicians, dermatologists and even a reuhmatologist and no one has any answers as my blood work is always "normal". Notice I never have any photos (taken in the last 20 years) of myself on my blog or my avatar?
I'm afraid if I tried the Titan treatment my skin would drop off into a puddle on the floor. Oops, excuse me while I pick up my face. :D

Oh Almost Precious - I hope I'm not stepping on anything!!! LOL - Go T. it's nice to finally treat yourself to something - let us know how it was. I would love to do that to my stomach - after twins I could really use it as a backpack! (eek) So if I'm not stepping on anyones face I'll trip over my own stomach! Hahahaha - Thanks for the love T. : ) Patty

Connie, well if this doesn't work, I will have to consider the knife :(

Hey Anna, Sorry to hear about that. That must be really annoying not to be able to wear glasses! :(

Patty, you can get this done on any part of the body, apparently :) T.

Good for you...sometimes you have to do something "just for you". I think I'd be too much of a chicken to do anything but I've always wanted to do the laser eye surgery...get rid of those pesky glasses and contacts.

You'll have to let us know how it turns out!!

Merry Early Christmas to the new and improved you!! ;-)

How did it go??? Are you using curse words??? XOXO I hope it wasn't too bad !

T@PoppyPlacePdx said...

Patty, I might be using curse words but not because of the treatment(He! He!)

It went really well, it doesn't really show for a few weeks and then another couple of treatments and I should!!!! look years younger, I might even show before and after photos but that might just scare everyone away......... (He! He!) T.

I think you're pretty brave T. I don't think I could do it but then again I'm always told I look 10 years younger than I am. Perhaps when it all catches up with me I'll think differently.
Good for you though, it's nice to treat yourself.
