Fall is Here! :)

Happy Friday Everyone! :)

Are you all into the Halloween Festivities? :)

It definitely seems very different now I do not have to make Halloween costumes anymore. :(

Well, I have been crazy busy developing a website where I can locate my creative passions, Photography, Art and Design all in one place. So, that is where my blogging time has been going. I have missed you all and tried to comment on as many blogs as poss. It is amazing how much time building a website can take. Of course it isn't published yet but when it is you will be the first to see it. :)

I am also prepping for an Art Show/Sale in November; packaging up photos, painting and doing some sewing, phew! I haven't done this show before so we will see how it goes. Hopefully, I will get some sales and meet some fun people. :)

As the seasons have been changing all around us so quickly these past few weeks I wanted to share a few of the photos I have taken.

The first eight were shot in the Beautiful Columbia River Gorge!

I am having so much fun trying to capture water splashing :)

I love the abstraction of this photo :)

My Hubby says this looks like a map :)

I just love the colours on these trees and the depth on the ones below :)

I really hope you enjoyed these new photos :) I will list some of these in my Etsy Shop soon :)

If you would like to see some more awesome photos check out my blog post on the Female Photographers of Etsy (fPOE) blog. Yesterday I featured some of the photos by this talented group of Photogs.

Leave a comment and let me know what you are doing for Halloween! :)

Have a Lovely Weekend everyone, see you next week :)

Getting Ready for Halloween!

Happy Wednesday Everyone!

Well, even though the Sun is Shining it is getting a little nippy in the evenings here in P.Town. So, of course, for me that is the time to think about decorating for Halloween. I went out to look at Pumpkins yesterday and here are a few photos for you (no, I didn't buy one I was too busy taking photos of them (He! He!)

(Click on photos for larger images)

Here is my new "Friend"

This was a beautiful pumpkin, I should have bought it!

I love how the grain reflects on the Pumpkin :)

And, of course I couldn't resist taking a few more Fall/Autumn Leaf shots, they are so beautiful this time of year. :)

I hope you enjoyed these :)

So, what are you doing to get ready for Halloween? I'd love to know!

FRIDAY FLOWERS! :)

Happy Friday Everyone!

I am so excited to show you this week's Friday Flowers! Here in Portland, Oregon we have a reputation for our Roses. :)

P.Town is sometimes called "The City Of Roses." We have a gorgeous Rose Garden, which is what us Plebs call it but its official name is the "International Rose Test Garden" If you would like to read more about it here is a very informative LINK

A few weeks ago my Hubby and I took a trip to visit the Rose Garden and I took 500 photos in less than an hour. Here are the ones I love, I hope you enjoy them too!

I added this shot, not because it is overly stunning but that it has the Rose in every stage from bud all the way thru to a wilting flower. I love it :)

Even rain damaged these Roses look gorgeous!

I really hope you enjoyed this little tour of our wonderful Rose Garden here in P.Town. :) Come back next week for some of the other plants at the Rose Garden :)

Have a Lovely Weekend everyone, see you next week :)
