Flowers in San Diego :)

Happy Wednesday Everyone! :)

I can't believe it has been nearly 7 weeks since I returned from my Vaca in San Diego. I really feel like I need another one, wouldn't it be great if we could go on Vaca every two months, I guess the rich and famous do but little old me doesn't fall into that category so, I will look at my photos and remember what a wonderful time we had :)

I wanted to share some of the photos I took of the lovely flowers we were surrounded by, mostly at the hotel, in San Diego :)

This is an out of focus(obviously, LOL!) night shot of Daisies closed up for the night, I added it because even though it is out of focus I love the movement and the artistic quality to it :)

These Beautiful Orange Flowers are called Clivia (I didn't know until I googled it, you just thought I was smart didn't you, LOL!)

Names for Baby Beckham.

Hi Everyone, hope you are all doing well! :)

I read or heard somewhere that Victoria Beckham is rumoured to have scheduled a C. Section in America on the 4th of July for the delivery of her 4th child presumed to be a Girl and I thought it would be fun to come up with some name selections for her.
 
With 3 boys called Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz,  I thought I might offer a few names to help the Beckhams if they are struggling to make a decision on what to call their expected little girl  "Baby Becks".

Here is my list so far,

Happy Tuesday Everyone! I hope you all had a Wonderful Weekend!

The Sun is Shining here in the N. W. Today and soon it will be nearly 90, tomorrow nearly 100! YAY!!!

Is it really Summer???? There is a long standing joke that Summer doesn't officially start until July 5th in the N.W. I think it is living up to tradition.

Bright Red Poppies.

First off today I would like to shout out a BIG "YAY"!!!!!! I reached the exciting number of 300 Followers on this Blog and I wanted to say a BIG "THANK YOU" to everyone who is following, who takes the time to read and comment, you guys rock :)

I wanted to share some of the Artwork I have been creating recently. With all the Flowers I am surrounded by it is inevitable that I would be Painting a lot of Flowers. I am really busy preparing for a Gallery Show next week (those photos will be posted after the Artist reception next week :) But I am still creating pieces to go into my Etsy Shop too. So, here are a couple. You all know I LOVE my POPPIES, hope you enjoy these too :)

This piece I worked in Yellow and a couple of different Red Acrylics and drew in the centres with black ink.
