A Customer's Collage Wall :)

Hi All :)

I hope you are all staying warm and dry :)

A few weeks ago, I sold a few Ocean themed photos from my Etsy Shop PhotosByChipperfield to another Etsian, JoAnn, and she kindly sent me a few photos of how she has framed them.

She has created a lovely collage wall and I loved the concept so much I asked her if I could share her photos with you all :)

My work is on the top right, "SAILING" Sail Boats in San Fran Bay and "WHITE HORSES" a shot of the Beautiful Pacific Ocean underneath that one :)

Isn't this such a fun way to present a collection :)

My Dear Blogger Buddy Anna, another wonderful Etsian, also bought some of my photos back in 2010 and when she had framed them, in such a beautiful way, she shared them on her blog and I just have to share them with you, HERE :)

You can check out Anna's lovely Jewelry at AlmostPrecious
on Etsy :)

You can also check out JoAnn's beautiful Quilt work at
ISewMuchTime on Etsy too!! :)

It's Crazy Blogger! :(

Hi Everyone! :)

Blogger has been challenging the past few weeks!
And now,
I can post but I can't comment not even on my own blog, go figure! I am working on it but being the computer challenged person that I am :(  I will be waiting 'til my sweet Hubby has time to help me work it out, well, he will work it out and then I can comment again (He! He!).

I have tried to comment on so many blogs time and time again, I am beyond frustrated. Please bare with me. I will catch up as soon as I can. :)

Here are a few new photos to cheer your spirits while I work this out and if anyone has any clues as to why I am having so much trouble with Blogger please let me know, cheers, T. :)

"Blushing" multi layering photos is just so much fun :)

"Cool Blue" lovely close up of Wisteria :)

"Hypnotic Rhoddie" a little colour enhancement here! :)

"Columbine Beauty" gave this a little afternoon sun warm glow.

One of my photos of the Golden Gate Bridge with a layer of Bokeh over the top, I LOVE how it turned out :)

Hopefully I will be back soon commenting away on your wonderful blogs, until then enjoy! :)

The Sun is Shining! YAY!

Happy Wednesday Everyone!

I hope the Sun is shining where you are too! Doesn't it make you feel so much more alive?!

It has been a while since I shared some of my recent photos that I have listed (or soon to be :) in my Etsy Photography shop.

So, here are a few. Let me know what you think, I always love to hear.

Some are SOOC, some are just auto contrasted and others have colour added. All have their own individuality, which I love and there is an eclectic mix of shots.

Hope you Enjoy!

As always, click on photos to see large images :)

Photoshop or Not.

HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE! :)

I do not have Photoshop! (Now, you all know my little secret, He! He!) What I do have is a very old, and in computer terms ancient, version of Paint Shop Pro. I rarely alter many of the images that I take expect to use the brightness/contrast feature, slightly.

So, as I have been getting more into working with my camera and taking LOTS of photos (close to 20,000 in 2010, Phew!) I have started to explore the other features in Paint Shop Pro and also, have been drooling over some of the work other Photographers are creating with Photoshop. But now I am trying to decide whether it is time to upgrade to Photoshop.

So, if anyone who has Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro (the more recent version :) would like to let me know what they think about them I would love to hear from you.
Until then, the Artist in me, cannot stop wanting to play with the layering feature. The past few weeks I have been using a few random photos and seeing what I could create; the programme is limited but fun.

Hope you enjoy! :)

I layered all 3 of the above photos to get this :)

I layered the Xmas Holiday Light Bokeh over the photo of the Stars and Stripes to get Patriot

Again the Xmas Holiday Light Bokeh

I layered the Xmas Holiday Light Bokeh over the photo of the reflective light bulb and this is what I got :)

I hope you like these fun little photos :)

I just found out that I can download a free 30 day trial of Photoshop so I might just have to do that. Please let me know if you have any experience of Photoshop, I would love to hear your thoughts.

Have a Lovely Weekend.

Fall is Here! :)

Happy Friday Everyone! :)

Are you all into the Halloween Festivities? :)

It definitely seems very different now I do not have to make Halloween costumes anymore. :(

Well, I have been crazy busy developing a website where I can locate my creative passions, Photography, Art and Design all in one place. So, that is where my blogging time has been going. I have missed you all and tried to comment on as many blogs as poss. It is amazing how much time building a website can take. Of course it isn't published yet but when it is you will be the first to see it. :)

I am also prepping for an Art Show/Sale in November; packaging up photos, painting and doing some sewing, phew! I haven't done this show before so we will see how it goes. Hopefully, I will get some sales and meet some fun people. :)

As the seasons have been changing all around us so quickly these past few weeks I wanted to share a few of the photos I have taken.

The first eight were shot in the Beautiful Columbia River Gorge!

I am having so much fun trying to capture water splashing :)

I love the abstraction of this photo :)

My Hubby says this looks like a map :)

I just love the colours on these trees and the depth on the ones below :)

I really hope you enjoyed these new photos :) I will list some of these in my Etsy Shop soon :)

If you would like to see some more awesome photos check out my blog post on the Female Photographers of Etsy (fPOE) blog. Yesterday I featured some of the photos by this talented group of Photogs.

Leave a comment and let me know what you are doing for Halloween! :)

Have a Lovely Weekend everyone, see you next week :)

Happy Painting/Creating! :) T.
